OUR COMMITMENT
We want everyone to be able to use this website and buy our tools, including people with disabilities. If something here is hard to use for you, tell us — we will help you personally and fix it.
1. Standard
This website was built and checked to conform to Israeli Standard 5568 (based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.0, level AA), as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and to the newer WCAG 2.1 level AA. It was tested with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) on every page and by keyboard only. We review it again whenever the site changes significantly.
2. What we did
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page, and a clear page structure with headings, landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and page titles.
- Every function works with the keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline. Menus and dialogs close with Escape.
- Text contrast meets at least 4.5:1, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have labels, clear error messages and status messages that screen readers announce.
- Comparison tables are marked up as tables, with row and column headers.
- Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device, and can be stopped completely.
- An accessibility menu (the round button at the bottom left of every page) lets you stop animations, strengthen contrast, enlarge text and underline links. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
- The site works on phones and tablets, in both orientations.
3. Known limits
- Short product videos and animated demonstrations have no sound and no spoken content; their content is also described in the text next to them.
- The payment page is provided by Stripe on its own website, under Stripe’s accessibility commitments.
- The spam check on forms (Google reCAPTCHA), where enabled, runs invisibly; if it ever blocks you, write to us by email instead.
- The ilo tools themselves are panels inside Adobe Illustrator, and their accessibility also depends on Illustrator. We are working to improve keyboard use and labels in the panels.
If you find a part of the site that is not accessible, please tell us. We will answer within 5 business days, and provide the information or service you need in another accessible way in the meantime.
